I was very satisfied with the overall response and repair work. However, I did expect the Insurance Company to pay more of the repair cost since I told the agent that I had blue poly water line and that was reason for getting insurance. She said no problem, and nothing about blue poly being defective and not having to pay anything at all. But I did get $800 and a good contractor that did a good job at a very reasonable cost. So overall it was a good experience.
