The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. They went above and beyond to get my leak found and fixed, although I opted for a new line so that I don't have to worry about another leak in the near future. Thank you!

02nd Sep2021N. DugasThe Lion's Rooter tech was not helpful at all. He claimed he couldn't smell anything. Wanted $250 to go under my house and check for source of odor. Called him back on my own a week later, smell still strong and was told I had a crack in my air vent. He found nothing and wanted to charge $250, and we settled on $150. Other plumbers came out and went under my house to give me an estimate for $59 and $90. I would never use Lion's Rooter again.
