The average household uses 260 gallons of water every day. Over the course of decades, you can imagine the amount of stress and erosion that has taken place within your water line system. As a homeowner, one of the most important responsibilities you have is making sure that you have fresh water at your disposal.
You rely on fresh water daily, and this water is used in nearly every corner of your home. Every time you wash your hands, turn on your shower, or run your washing machine, fresh water is flowing through your pipes outside and inside. When these water lines do eventually leak and break, you will need to repair these quickly and prevent further loss.
Like the sewer line protection, we have divided our water line policies into two categories. Those are our interior water line, and exterior water line protection plans.

EXTERIOR WATER COVERAGE:
This section of piping starts at your water meter, well, or property boundary (which ever comes first) and leads to the foundation of your home. We will take care of this line as it naturally ages, freezes over winter, or deteriorates. This policy includes $10,000 annual coverage, with zero deductible.

INTERIOR WATER COVERAGE:
These are all the pipes leading up to your appliances and utilities inside your home. Specifically, these include your dishwasher, washing machine, bathtubs, showers, sinks, and toilets. We will protect these lines as they run behind your walls, ceilings, floors crawlspaces and underneath the foundation of your home. This policy includes $10,000 annual coverage, with zero deductible.
