I have been a customer with NWC since 2013 and have had good experiences with your company. I have been insuring my water & sewer lines in the event that some should happen to them. Such as the case this August. As you know, a backup which caused water/sewer to come into my home due to the pipes. Unfortunately, I was told that this would not be covered by my insurance. The company told me that the main sewer line to my home should be replaced and again this will not be covered by my insurance. I really thought having this insurance would help me out in these situations. I feel that after so many years of loyalty and premiums paid that this insurance would be helpful when I need it most. Please let me know if there is anything we could do going forward so that my commit to continuing my coverage feels honored. I really do appreciate your customer service and quick responses, I have received thus far.

I had to end up replacing the water line. After the 1st claim and repair we experienced 2 more leaks on teh same line within just a few weeks of initial claim. I requested NWC to replace the line but was told we only will do repairs and taht I would be non-renewed for being high risk. I received a notice of non-renewal despite having replaced the line. Your advertisement states that there is $10,000 coverage for repair or replacement. Very misleading and false advertisement. You basically penalize customers for using the insurance. I will not recommend. I have also advised AAA, who endorses your company, of your misleading advertising.
