Ben from Servco Water and Sewer was wonderful, he was able to give us a call to let us know he was running a little late. We located a cleanout in the garage and he was able to open the blockage with his sewer scope. He suggested changing brands of toilet paper as costco kirkland brand doesn’t break down as quickly as other brands. I would recommend Servco whole heartedly. Spence was very easy to deal with and his follow up call was thoughtful and appreciated.

All good but… I think you should re-evaluate your risk of shared line premiums. I’m probably going to cancel over this issue. Call me if you want to learn more about my take on risk assessment.
